We developed the process, tools, KPIs and reports to support the implementation of a new Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the client. In addition, Save2Grow worked on analyzing the go-to market strategy and the end-to-end supply chain. Significant improvement opportunities were identified and we continue supporting the client with subsequent implementation of the proposed changes. At the same time we help them develop their strategy for expansion to major export markets.
